My background is healtcare and my husband was a selector for a major food supply chain. During Covid things were very uncertain but what remained the same was the need to eat. As you know being in healthcare during covid was scary to say the least. So we prayed and said let's open up a food trailer. It was now or never so we did research, gained support from family, and above all prayed to Jehovah for help during this transition in life. The cut throat truth is that it's hard work and we were met with so many challenges in the beginning. Only the strongest survive this line of work. You must evolve with the ever growing changes and rise to the occasion. I credit my background in healthcare and reliance on Jehovah God to see us through daily! It is hard but enjoyable. Everyday is a new adventure but it is worth it for us.
